WestMAC FOTA is a sub-committee of the Parents and Friends (P&F), dedicated to the support of the creative arts programs at the College. FOTA performs a vital role in the life of the College providing support through catering, fundraising and other activities for students involved in music, dance, drama and visual art at WestMAC. FOTA provides parents a means to become more involved in the lives of their children at the College and to contribute to the long-term growth and excellence in the arts at WestMAC.

2024 FOTA Meeting Dates

Meetings will be held at 5.30pm at Keswick House (across from Junior School drop-off and next to netball courts).

Meeting dates and reminders are promoted through the College Calendar and App.

Everyone is very welcome to attend.

Volunteer Requirements

All volunteers (including parents and relatives, past parents and other members of the community) must be trained in, and acknowledge their understanding of, the College’s student protection and safety protocols before they can commence volunteering. Once completed, volunteers will be registered as an official volunteer at the College and added to the College’s Employee and Volunteer Register. All non-parent volunteers (for example grandparents or friends) must also hold a positive notice letter and Blue Card or Exemption Card.
